[Campaign Completed – THANK YOU !!!]
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Another year is coming to an end. We have witnessed many changes in Canada this year – federal elections in spring, global tensions of various degrees as well as uncertainties with our southern neighbor.
Whilst the first snow arrived in Ottawa it is a reminder that we are preparing for a very important time in our Catholic faith at Blessed Sacrament Parish – the birth of Jesus Christ!
As we look back again to the year 2025, we remain grateful for the many sacraments that were celebrated and for the time we spent together growing in our faith keeping Christ always at the center of our lives. We remember the different events that took place at our Parish thanks to our dedicated Parish community – such as the outstanding Thanksgiving food drive a few weeks ago.
We also think of our loved ones that passed in the hope of the resurrection.
All those memories are possible because Blessed Sacrament Parish with Fr. Tim as our shepherd provides a place for daily mass, spiritual guidance, adoration, nourishment of our soul, and evangelization.
On behalf of Fr. Tim and as Chair of the Finance Council, I reach out to you for our ANNUAL FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN for Blessed Sacrament Parish. Over the last two years we have seen tremendous success in our fundraising efforts. The Parish community stepped up and provided necessary financial support – thanks to every individual, like you!
We Continued to Need Your Support!
Revenue from weekly collections do not cover the rising cost of utilities, unplanned expenditures such as the repair of the heating system a few weeks ago and many other ongoing items.
Every financial contribution, regardless how small, is urgently needed and highly appreciated. Let us come together again in Catholic solidarity and mobilize throughout our:
2025 Annual Fundraising Campaign for Blessed Sacrament Parish!
It is in all our hands to make a difference in our parish community and the efforts of every single member of Blessed Sacrament Parish is requested. Please spend some time in prayer and spiritual reflection and I would ask you to make a generous donation to Blessed Sacrament Parish during this annual fundraising campaign so we can reach our target of $50,000! Every dollar makes a difference!
Donations can be made via:
- E-transfer to account@blessedsacrament.ca with “2025 Blessed Sacrament FR campaign” in the message line.
- A donation envelope marking with your name, address, and “2025 Blessed Sacrament FR campaign”
- Personal visit to the Blessed Sacrament parish office during office hours
IN CHRISTO!
Paul Giacomin
Finance Council Chair
